Cancellation Policy
There is NO REFUND given after it has been rendered. To help us provide the best services to our clients; we allow a 10 minute grace period before beginning; we understand things do come up. Any late arrivals will resort to re-scheduling your appointment and another $10 deposit via site. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hour notification. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We value your time, our next client, and our staff time as well. Please be mindful. GUARANTEE: Please remember, nail are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your services. * Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dipping services after your appointment. If you notice chips or lifting within this time frame, call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service. * You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service. * Repairs after guarantee time will be charged. * Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. * We will not be responsible for any infected nails. ( Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection upon request)
